Your Safety
Remember your helmet, a repair kit and mobile (if you have one, or can borrow one). Note to international visitors: Riding your bike without a helmet is illegal in Australia.
Take plenty of water, as the availability of drinking water along the trail is limited.
Don't forget to let someone know (your family or accomodation) where you are heading and what time you expect to be back.
Please don't light fires along the trail.
Motor vehicles, including motorbikes are not permitted on the trail.
Your Enjoyment
Be aware that this is a multi-purpose trail used by walkers and cyclists. Please respect the rights of other users of the trail at all times.
Please enjoy and protect the environment you are riding though and please encourage others to:
Avoid disturbing plants and animals (including any livestock)
Place rubbish in the bins provided or take it home
Park motor vehicles in the designated parking areas
Respect the adjoining private land by waving to the farmers and by not tresspassing.
